Overview
Professor of entomology Vakhtang Itrieli published several articles in which he sharply condemned Georgian nationalism. He calls for civil harmony in the name of universal ideals. For this, he is persecuted by nationalists who threaten to expel him from the university. Vakhtang meets a girl Nina. She is sympathetic to Vakhtang's problems.
